Wes Dyck, Director

Personnel serves both management and individual employees by providing them with paychecks and related salary information; maximizing the value of employee benefits through state-of-the-art programs, clear and timely explanation, and prompt assistance; communicating personnel policies that contribute to a good working environment; and enhancing the image and profile of the Foundation through professional handling of employee relations.
