Directions to the Heritage Foundation

VIA SUBWAY | METRO RAIL:

Take the Washington Metro's Red Line to Union Station.

Take the south exit out of the Union Station metrorail station. You will be at the western end of Union Station.

Walk along the front colonade of Union Station until you come to the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary building.

Walk to your right around the Judiciary building and follow a sidewalk which will take you to the corner of Massachusetts Ave. and 2nd Sts., NE.

Cross 2nd St.

The Heritage Foundation is about a hundred feet on the left, 214 Massachusetts Ave., NE. (view map below)

VIA SOUTH OF WASHINGTON DC (from Interstate 95):

Take the I-395 N exit- exit number 170A- on the left towards WASHINGTON.

Merge onto I-395 N.

Take the D STREET NW exit towards US CAPITOL.

Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.

Merge onto C ST NW.

Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto LOUISIANA AVE NW.

Turn RIGHT onto COLUMBUS CIR NE.

Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto MASSACHUSETTS AVE NE.

VIA NORTH OF WASHINGTON DC (from Interstate 95)

Take the I-895 S/HARBOR TUNNEL THRUWAY exit- exit number 62- on the left towards ANNAPOLIS/BAY BRIDGE.

Merge onto HARBOR TUNNEL TRWY.

Take the MD-295 S/BALT/WASH PARKWAY exit- exit number 4- towards BWI AIRPORT.

Merge onto MD-295 S.

Take the EAST CAPITOL STREET exit.

Merge onto E CAPITOL ST SE.

E CAPITOL ST SE becomes C ST NE.

Turn RIGHT onto 6TH ST NE.

Turn LEFT onto C ST NE.

C ST NE becomes MASSACHUSETTS AVE NE.
